Customers and potential customers of Masterpress S.A.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), I inform you that:

• the administrator of your personal data is Masterpress S.A. with its registered office at 4 Kuronia Street in Białystok;
• personal data are processed on the basis of:
  • 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. – for the purpose of concluding and executing a contract. They will be stored for a period of 6 years from the end of the contract.
  • 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. – As an in-house purpose carried out by the administrator (marketing of products and services, statistical purposes). They will be kept until the business reasons for which the data was processed cease to exist, or until you file an objection.
• You have the right to access the content of your data, to receive a copy of your data and, subject to the law, you have the right to: rectification of data, deletion of data, restriction of data processing, data portability, to object to the processing of personal data, and in the case of processing of personal data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
• Recipients of personal data may be: a company providing accounting services, authorities authorized by law, shipping companies, courier companies, postal operators, suppliers of software used by Masterpress S.A.;
• You have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority;
• Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to conclude a contract;
• Your data will not be profiled.

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), I inform you that:

• Personal data are processed on the basis of: article 6(1)(a) and article 6(1)(f) of the General Data
• Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. – For the purpose of electronic correspondence. They will be kept for a period of 3 months from the end of the correspondence or until the business reasons for which the data was processed cease to exist, or until you file an objection.
• You have the right to access the content of your data, to receive a copy of your data and, subject to the law, you have the right to: rectification of data, deletion of data, restriction of data processing, data portability, to object to the processing of personal data, and in the case of processing of personal data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
• Recipients of personal data may be: authorities authorized by law, mail hosting provider;
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
• Provision of personal data is voluntary;
• Your data will not be profiled.
